Dwelling on the NUSAINQ

The NUSAINQ was first recorded when the Lutgin family came together to celebrate their father's life. After The Lutgin Estate was established, Basil D'Artagne created an organization around the NUSAINQ that managed the estate and pioneered a variety of initiatives.
